Privacy
Your email, kept simple.
This page covers the NOONIISH email list on nooniish.com. It is short on purpose.
Who we are
NOONIISH is operated by 1563960 B.C. LTD., Richmond, BC, Canada. Questions about your information go to hello@nooniish.com.
What we collect
Your email address, and your first and last name if you choose to share them. We also keep a record of your consent: the time you joined, the exact wording you agreed to, and the page you joined from. Your IP address is used for a few minutes to stop spam and is not saved with your signup. This site uses Vercel’s cookieless analytics to count visits and measure page speed, with no cookies and no personal profiles.
Why
To send you NOONIISH updates you asked for: news about the first gathering, partners, and apparel. We will not sell or rent your information, and we will not add you to anyone else’s list.
Where it is kept
The list is stored privately with Vercel, which hosts this site, and a working copy is kept in our Google Workspace account. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States. If we move the list to an email service later, the same rules on this page apply.
Unsubscribe or delete
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@nooniish.com with the word unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your information entirely. We act on requests within 10 business days. You can also ask to see what we hold about you.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until NOONIISH stops sending updates.
